Ukrainian fan dancing under the rain

Is this guy crazy? Or am I just stuck in the illusion that he is entertaining? I'm not sure about you guys, but I find it kewl when someone tries so hard to impress others only to end up doing some stupid, pathetic, idiotic, completely fail act in front of the crowd.
