Cat escapes dog by surfing

This cat makes the dog-cat chase of the decade. We all know tat almost all of the cat breeds hate water but this cat surely as no other options in escaping his arch enemy. Well, I guess this dog hates water or shall I say he does not know how to swim. Lucky Cat!
